Is there anyone who has graduated from a recent ACFD academy on the forum? If so I would love to shoot you some questions about the academy and the preperation for it...like...

-Is there an orientation before the academy starts?

-I guess you pack a lunch?

-What level does the PT start? like how far/fast do you do runs the first couple weeks.

-Do you usually wrap up at three or did it run late a lot or do people hang around and practice?

-What time did most of the class show up in the morning?

There are probably more...but I will save them to find out if there is someone to anser them.
