Does anyone know of an economical (or free?) program capable of producing incident (or run) reports? We're a small volunteer department considering the possibility of computerizing our records. It would be great if it had additional capabilities such as inventory, preplan info, etc. as well as NFIRS reporting.

USFA has a free reporting tool available (at the state level) to participating states.
According to USFA:
National Fire Incident Reporting System
NFIRS State Program Manager
State Fire Marshal's Office
141 Monticello Trail
Columbia, SC 29203
FAX: (803) 896-9806
I'd suggest contacting them and seeing if they have anything available to you.
Best of luck.Take Care - Stay Safe - God Bless
