Default Severe Crampingof the inner calves

I am just curious if anyone has had a severe case of cramping in the inner calves? If so how long did it last and was there a certain treatment for the rid of it or did you just wait it out?

Not sure how severe you are talking, but they can get pretty bad. Make sure you stretch on a regular basis and stay hydrated. Many electrolyte levels throw things out of wack and cause cramps. Weird trick, but during a severe cramp mustard can help get rid of it. We used to keep mustard packets in our training kits on the football field for guys that cramped up. It really works

Figured i should probably tell you how the mustard works so you don't think thats a mean prank. haha Mustard has acetic acid in it, and cramps can be caused by he neurotransmitter acetylcholine. The acetic acid helps the body more readily produce acetylcholine.
