So I picked up a Mir Pro Weight Vest without any of the extremely expensive weights. I did this because I plan on smelting my own instead of paying ridiculous amounts of money for rectangular steel bars. The only hitch is I would really like to know the dimensions of the standard Mir Pro weights instead of making up my own based on the size of the pouch. So if someone out there would be so kind as to measure one of their weights for me and post the dimensions here, I promise to make a write up on how I made my weights.
