I am third generation fire fighter I left the fire service and gave it up for the military, I recently got back in after the military but now i may have to give it up again because of family problems what should I do? I feel if I give it up again I won't be able to go back.

You sound like someone who enjoys serving, having been in the military and now the fire service. But family should always be first when making a major decision. And you never know, things have a way of changing! Best of luck to you.
