    Unhappy call tracking software

I was wondering if anyone knows of any user friendly software to track fire and ems calls by location or city quadrant? Our CAD system is very complex, difficult to quickly extract info from. Hope to find software compatible with excel spread sheets. Trying to put together some numbers to help plot out a location for new substations.

Don't know any good ones, but I'll advise you to stay away from Vision Aire.

    Thumbs up

Probably more complex and in-depth than you're looking for, and I don't know if it can export to MS Excel, but we use FireHouse 7 for all of our fire reports, activity records, training records, personnel records, etc. It has literally hundreds of reports that you can run on pretty much anything you can imagine. It's pretty sweet...
