My department has 2 E-One Quint's, my neighboring department just got a new Pierce Quint. We all have ours loaded accordian style. We run with 1200' of 5" in the right bed, and 1500' 3" in the left bed. The 5" is a base layer of accordian, and a flat load on top of that. We start the accordian on the inside of the bed, working out toward the chute. Then at the end of the bed we switch to a flat on top. The 3" is a double stack of accordian one on top of another. Just make sure all the air and water are out of the hose, makes it a tighter load.
