Ridiculous half of the problems in these forums are because Fire Depts are run in same shoddy way these forums are. No answers to questions, ignore e-mails, rules that are not enforced.

I posted a question in the "Command Post" and have had 0 response is 13 days to a simple question. I don't know if I'm just being ignored or if nobody knows the answer. They are probably too busy.

As you can see from the date I came in here, I have reported a few posts and hey guys, usually they handle it and don't send you an email explaining their actions. There isn't any need to do that. BUT - should you screw the pooch, you bet you are going to get an e mail explaining the if's, no's and why not's.

If you want to have an idea how many suscribers they are on this site, put you cursor on your name on the left and look at the bottom of the page. A number will show up showing the number you are as you became a member.

I have reported things that would be auto-ban missile strike material. in the last month They are obviously not paying attention. The reported post messages are going unmonitored and un cared for. The webteam is, as usual, useless. Nothing has changed in this respect for the last 5 years. They are non-existent.

Members here, myself included, with experience moderating at other huge forums, have offered our help for FREE. But they would apparently rather let it go to hell and do nothing.

Way to GO, Web Team.
I used to visit and spend at least a HOUR per DAY on FireHouse + loved participating in
the Forum *Discussions*.
...
I haven't spent a hour on here all YEAR ... I'm afraid more than the "Web Team" have
abandoned the joint.

Too bad - it WAS a Class Act.
