    7 Medals so far for this wee country of 4,115,771 people.

    That is one medal per 587,967 of us Kiwis.

    America has 72 medals and 301,621,157 people.

    This equals 1 medal per 4,189,182 people

    China has 67 medals and 1,321,851,888 people

    That is one per 19,729,732 people.


    Kind of puts a perspective on it.

    All figures from respective Govt sources for 2007 population size.
    Psychiatrists state 1 in 4 people has a mental illness.

    Shot Put.... thats one I would be proud of.

    Person 1: "Hey, I got a medal in Shot Put..."

    Person 2: "Wtf is shot put?"

    3 for Rowing... I'll give youse guys proprs for that one. I mean, you are an Island country and Australia is kind of far...

    I wont knock ya for the cycling or the triathalon though.

    Bloody shame "cow tipping" is not listed as an event, Texans would be the winners hands down.
