My dept chiefs and captains want to implement performance evaluations on all ff's and engineers. The funny part is they do not have performance evaluations for captains and chief officers. I think most of the floor feels that our upper ups are the ones that need performance evals. Anybody have any experience of this kinda of thing. THanks
