Thread: performance evaluations

My dept chiefs and captains want to implement performance evaluations on all ff's and engineers. The funny part is they do not have performance evaluations for captains and chief officers. I think most of the floor feels that our upper ups are the ones that need performance evals. Anybody have any experience of this kinda of thing. THanks

If you want a good evaluation in your jacket I'd keep my mouth shut and bring cookies to your captain.
