Does anyone know how Bucyrus hires thier guys? I took the physical agility and I take the written on sunday? It seemed to me that a lot of the applicants knew the existing firemen on a very close level? Im not from the area so I dont know what to expect?

Good luck buddy! They are some tight-knit Boys down there. Last guy they hired was son of a city employee, so for the couple of guys they hire a decade its hard to get in. Blow the test away, hold nothing back.
