Kurt and Brian, where will you be closest to Alabama this season?

Still working on the details, we'll have another AL/GA/TN band probably in February. At least 2 in each state like we did last year if not more. One TN is supposed to be in the works for WJVaugn's place in Feb, think the particulars are still in the works for that one too.

I've been insane for a while Kurt, keeps life interesting that way. Plus I'm supposed to work hard while I'm young(er) and stupid. That way retirement is more fun.

I've had numerous inquiries from people who read about our hosted seminar by Kurt in February, so I am reposting again in case anyone missed it...

We will be hosting Kurt in Eagle, Wisconsin (Waukesha County - Milwaukee Metro area) on February 21 and 22, 2009. Im anticipating a high demand for this workshop.

If anyone is interested in pre-registering, let me know on here via PM or my email jheim (at) eaglefiredepartment.com or 262-594-3302.

Looking forward to attending at Valley Center. The quality of that facility is one of the main reasons I am returning.

It really was a first arte facility to do that in. I am looking forward to returning there myself this year Jim. Eldon did a real fine job hosting that last year.

Yeehaa, workshops in Reno and Vegas along with Phoenix in February. Better brush up on my poker game for the down time... Irony strikes again too, Dad's coming to stay here for Thanksgiving and I'll be at his house while he's at mine with the week of PA/NJ workshops right before. Works out alright thought, he can't get Shiner Light up there and I can't get Yeungling down here so we'll drink each other's beer.

The guy's in Mid-Missouri better get ready to run because Brian will be in Jefferson City, MO December 15th.

When he was here last year our runs doubled for about a month. We even took him on a run with us while he was here.

I'm up for that again Mike. "If the directions to the call include: turn off the paved road...." And we turned off the paved road to another paved road even.

Looks like I get to go to Paradise now too. Paradise PA that is. Mmmm, scrapple.

All I have to say is there better be a lot of good, hot coffee perking in these northern departments by the time I arrive there. Gonna be along cold winter! BBBRRR!! Alright ready set go, old man winter, bring it on!

Don;t know if you "dip" or not Brian but be prepared to take howm a few tubes. If past memory serves me right, there will be an abundance from the factory, donatedm to give away from the local tobbaco house. Wtahc out for those icy bridges near the tunnel if you are driving in.

Nah, gave that up in high school. Combination of lost interest and money to spend on other things. Like JD and some good cigars. 10-4 on the ice, I'll get my skates out of the attic just in case.

mcmechenvfd, I will be close to your neck of the woods this weekend, driving up to Boonesboro MD for a meeting, try to have me some nice weather to drive through if you don't care. Do the Mountaineers paly at home this weekend? Google has me driving through Morgantown, and don't want to get caught in a nice traffic mess.

If I remember right Kurt likes his coffee with a little bit of brine in it. You'd have to ask Earl for the recipe though to be sure to get it right.

Folks with the slow down this year of awards don't let yourself get caught sitting on the fence while awaiting notification. Both Bryan and I are launched on this year's seminar trail so pay close attention to when we are in close proximity to you. I'm off to San Francisco on Tuesday and Wednesday this week. Still seats available in the Tennesee seminar at Keith Springs VFD for November 22-23.
