Can someone tell me how the three reflectors found on the top of eaves in some roofs help firefighters? A fire inspector told me that those reflectors are supposed to assist firefighters in some way, but I never found out how.

must be a local thing......never heard of it.Robert Kramer
Management is making sure things are done right. Leadership is doing the right thing. The fire service needs alot more leaders and a lot less managers.
"Everyone goes home" is the mantra for the pussification of the modern, American fire service.
Comments made are my own. They do not represent the official position or opinion of the Fire Department or the City for which I am employed. In fact, they are normally exactly the opposite.

Maybe locally they designate the roof was built with lightweight trusses? Interesting concept for those who have hard time convincing the community to put a highly visible triage near the address number.

They're no help. They always ask to borrow your tools or your flashlight. The reflectors are big jerks.Logic and proportion have fallen sloppy dead.
