    Question Nichol's Fire and S3

I am hearing that Nichol's Fire Apparatus Inc. went into bankrupcy. I don't know if this is true or what. If someone can clarify this for me I would enjoy it.

Haven't heard, but would not be surprised.........too bad...........they let the wrong people get ahold of that place and it got driven into the ground.......

My "source" tells me that there is no truth to this at all.

EDIT: My statement may not be 100% true. It appears that S3 is bankrupt.........not sure what this means for Nichols Fire......

Nichols Fire Apparatus, both the New York and Connecticut locations, were purchased back on Monday afternoon by the original owner- Ray Nichols. Everything is still running just as well as it has been and we are still the E-One dealer and service center for the region. Feel free to call either office today if you have any questions.

Thank you to all those customers that called on us yesterday to welcome us back.

    Regards,

    wconlon-

Nichols locations in Hyde Park, NY and in Connecticut were the topic of discussion. Both are open and running like normal (with all the same employees).

The Roberts and Nichols Fire Apparatus dealership in also doing very well in the NY Capital District. That location is being operated by Harry and Jacqui, and was not part of the former S3 corporation.

Thanks again for all the positive comments.
