Question Vols getting funding for training?

I recall at one time there was a program run by the Office of Domestic Preparedness that would cover the salery of volunteers that had to take unpaid days off to take ODP training.
Is this program still in place?
Does any one know the web site where I could get more information?
    Thanks.

The grants, at least in our area. no longer cover wages. They only cover the classes and associated costs.
