What's interesting is how a person who claims to be versed in investigative procedures would draw a conclusion based upon anecdotes.

What? That you continually make statements of fact based upon conjecture and anecdotes? That is absolutely true.

I'm still waiting for the empirical proof that Bush's lifting of the offshore drilling ban caused a decrease in the price of oil. That was one of your best to date.

This is why you have exactly zero credibility here. You never, absolutely never, can engage in a debate about anything. You continually refuse to answer questions. You either obfuscate the issue, issue personal attacks or try to completely change the subject.

    You are a joke.

Not really. We've had a redistribution of wealth in this country the last eight years. You just didn't get much of it.

Best part is you actually believe you had the opportunity when in reality you had none.

    Post Redistribution of Wealth??..........

I certainly won't speak for George, but "I Got Mine!!" I think that I'm doing very well for a "Middle of the Road" type that eschews BOTH the Far Right AND the Far Left. "Government Retirement" and "Private Sector Retirement" both are in the mix for me, and I "get by" nicely. I don't think we need any more Taxes, but I also don't think any Tax Cuts are a good idea either. A point that the "Far Out" of Both Parties miss, is that what most folks want is stuff that Government should have provided from Day 1. Accountability, Common Sense, Responsibility, etc. are desperately needed, both in and out of Washington. Right now, Spending Priorities MUST be Job #1 (Thanks Ford) and some "ReRegulation" of some business areas (Wall Street, Public Utilities, Energy) must be implemented quickly to get the economy back on track. And Joe the Plumber should have bought a Suburban instead of a BMW.

They'll call you names, tell you you're a right-wing nutjob, side-step the issue, and totally ignore any of the substance within the ad. They might even call you racist because it's obvious you're willing to discriminate against these people and trample upon their civil rights for even having watched that abomination.

I love reading the nut case ramblings of the right wing tin foil hat club.

I especially love it when they compare Obama to Clinton. We wouldn't want to go back to those years. All those jobs created, balanced budgets, and surpluses. They were horrible years compared to what we have now.

I think we've been through this one before. Other than Clinton lying about cutting taxes and raising them as soon as he got into office, he hardly had the trials Bush has dealt with in his two terms: a catastrophic terrorist attack; two wars; creating, funding, and manning the Department of Homeland Security; funding numerous Homeland Security projects/upgrades; multiple natural disasters; the economic issues after 9/11 and the one we're dealing with now; dealing with the results of Clintons NAFTA; trying to secure our borders...

It's easy to balance a budget when you don't have to deal with such things.

Don't live in denial sir, 49 isn't the new 39. You're older than my dad, to me that freaking elderly. And again, you represent them well.
I love it when the tides of change come rolling it, i love seeing all the discomfort it brings.
The thing your crazy conservative fascist lose track of is that this is the voice of the people, Democracy in action, Obama’s inevitable election is a direct result of the incompetence of the last administration to run the nation. Did they have to face multiple problems.. sure.. and he failed miserably, in all of them.. hell with the law of averages you'd figure he'd at least be able to get one thing right.
Well... gotta go, something just blew up in Sadr City, and now i have to sit in a bunker for an hour.

It's much more difficult when you give away the surplus you've inherited.

Yes Clinton raised taxes. We've also been through this before in the sense that Bush's budgets that relied heavily on borrowing (approved by a compliant congress) have raised taxes. We're only starting to get the bill.
