Hi I am part of the bald Hills Fire Dept. Explorer program. It has been running for about a year. It hasn't really gotten any were and the adviser doesn't seem to be into the cadet program. And I want to get this thing up and running. So if anyone can plz give me some tips on getting the program going?

And I would like to know what am I supposed
to do in this program and what am I allowed to do
in this program.
