    If you're new and don't have a lot of posts they will take a few days to post. It's weird.. Once you get into the 15-20 post range they will post automatically. This happened for me at least...

    When you're new and post a message, a window appears that says your message will not right away and will post after it is approved by the administrator.

    Youre still on probation. Once you get off, then it kicks in right away.
