Could have highs in the upper 80s or higher, unless the rain has started. Rainy season normally started around the end of Nov, (it was late last year) and ends around the end of Feb. An extra pair of boots will come in handy, as some places, (Ramadi comes to mind) can get knee deep in mud. Depending on where you go, you can even encounter different kinds of mud. It did snow in Baghdad earlier this year, which is uncommon. (Up north at Mosul, Tal Afar, Q West, flurries might be found in Jan/Feb time frame.)
