    Looking for a template to conduct Firefighter evaluations. Can anyone help?

    Your post is not clear. Are you referring to probationary evaluations?

    I am looking for an evaluation that is not to complicated for annual evaluations.

    Doug...I googled firefighter evaluations and there was a whole laundry list of ideas. There is also a book titled "Aspiring Firefighters Two Year Plan". In the back there is a great example of how to evaluate firefighters.
