About LinkBacksSecure Connection Failed
portal.fema.gov uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate has expired.
Anyone get this message when they attempt to log into the website?

I'm getting the same "Certificate Error" today, but if you just click past it (the NOT recommended choice) you can log-on OK.
