A BRR-1 (Overturns & Underrides) course will be offered in El Reno, OK March 20/21, 2009. This is being sponsored by Cavin's Towing & Recovery.

The presenter will be Billy Leach, Jr. He is the Developer and Sr. Presenter of the trademarked BIG RIG RESCUE courses. Billy has presented for FDIC, Firehouse Expo, FDNY, LA Co FD, among many others.

Featured will be a comprehensive classroom session followed by intensive hands-on training. Realistic, yet very challenging scenarios will be staged for responders to operate at, i.e. cement mixer overturn onto auto, underrides, and various overturns. Full size loaded big rigs will be utilized. A variety of rescue eqt will be available for responders to use.

This is likely the only time the course will be offered in OK, and it generally fills quickly. Attendance is limited to ensure maximum hands-on.
