Pedestrian hit and killed in Orem

A Salt Lake man died in Orem tonight after he was hit by a car while crossing the street.

Police say the man was about halfway across the intersection at 1650 South and State Street when a car ran over him. They say the driver didn't see the man before hitting him.

So far no charges have been filed.
