Minimum Response to Structure Fire
I am wondering what other firefighters believe should be the minimum response to a structure fire.
How many firefighters. What water capacity/flow rate. How many trucks. I'm not so interested in how your department is currently responding but looking for feedback in terms of what the bare minimum should be.
The reason I'm asking is that the first out in our hall is currently a two man 2500 gallon tanker with one BA, one pre-connect, a ladder and a 2-300 gallon pump (not sure of the actual pump rating as the municipality can't tell me)
