    He is an excellent Chief and was the Captain of Ladder 27 the Company of John Bellew and Curtis Meyran. Chief Sullivan is a great guy and like all the boss' in the 7th Div top notch, this quote does not surprise me as his wit is as sharp as his haircuts!
