    Exclamation Stainless Steel

Ok, here's one for ya'll........ whats a good cleaner/polish for use on a high gloss stainless steel tank?? I contacted the local farm bureau with the issue and they suggested we use an acid based wash, I did and it didn't work......just made everything dull. From a distance the tank looks great, however, up close it is dull and dirty! Oh, by the way, we have stainless steel that covers over 2/3 of our tanker!!! Please help!!

My dad owned a Stainless Steel fabrication shop for many, many years. I remember that they ALWAYS used DRY Bon Ami powder. They would wipe it on [dry] WITH THE GRAIN...then rub it off with dry rags. It was a little "dusty," but it worked

I am sure there are many "other" commercial chemicals out there, but this is a SAFE product for Stainless. Try it on a small area first...hope it works.

    Default Stainless Cleaner

I never tried it on highly polished stainless steel but the best cleaner I ever used was WD-40 and a soft cotton cloth.

This is what I use for the horse and pony shows. Works great with the "Mothers" brand polish ball.

We use mothers with the powerball. Little messy with the ball but lots of hands with rags and one heck of a shine.
