    Default Semi-Annual period performance

    I'm trying to identify the semi-annual date. If the grants performance period is listed at 09/22/08 to 09/22/09, wouldn't the semi-annual report be due 03/22/09?

    It usually does fall about 6 months from date of grant receipt. So I would say you are right in the ball park.
