Hi all...I'm brand new to firefighting....just put my application in to Southside Volunteer Fire Company in Riverside, PA. I got a chance to go down to the firestation yesterday and meet the crew, equipment and chiefs...It looks like a great opportunity to serve. Wish I became a firefighter earlier in life. Wish me luck...Feb. 23 I get voted in as a new member....any friends I can gain on here and insight is appreciated.
