Does anybody have any insights or experience with steel burn buildings?

Has anybody had any type of failure of the steel burn buildings structure or damage to the building?

Do you find that the steel burn building allows for realistic training in terms of burn training temperatures?

Has anybody had to spend monies unforseen maintenance/repairs on a steel burn building?

Has anybody had to spend additional funds to make repairs to steel burn buildings within a short time frame (0-5 years) after the steel burn buildings was placed into service.
