I realize this is off topic but I have a department looking for information on companies that will handle their billings for non-EMS calls. They have been handling billings in-house but want to see what companies other departments are using.

Mike, there's a thread on the forums with a couple of companies here.

I did a quick search on google for "fire service billing" and popped up more results that I would want to copy/paste.

There's some company some of the departments around here are using, but I can't remember its name. I'll see if I can't find out who they are and let you know.

Ok, I got a dream now. Does anyone know of a package that will allow me to enter the run ONCE, and it will automatically update NFIRS, and send the information to a billing service?

And give me local reports?

Firehouse software has that capability. You just have to set the parameters to generate the needed reports.
