Well if nothing else I have timing, the conference call was today so it was brought up. Basically hose, accountability, and preplanning can be done as regional projects but the onus will be to overwhelmingly convince Review that they have to be done as a regional over an individual application in order to fulfill major interoperability deficiencies.
