I'm in 2 departments hiring processes.

Each department is hiring 25. There are roughly 70-80 people left in each process as we head to the polygraph stage.

My only vice is I was arrested for a speeding ticket that went to warrant 1.5 years ago. Totally clean since then. No drug use ever. No other hits.

What are my chances if I say all the right things in my interview regarding my arrest.
