    Default Nutritionists?

I posted this in another forum, but thought I'd put it here too.

Does anyone use a nutritionist or dietitican for their wellness and fitness program? We are looking into it, just wondering what everyone else does

I do, its been a big help, i see her about once a month and she has me on a a low carb/high protein diet. One thing shes drills in my head every month is thats its ok to eat whatever you want within in reason, but the key factor is to watch your portion size. If its says a"half a cup" then thats all you get. Im allowed 45 grams of carbs at each meal, so a total of 135 grams a day and need to allow at least 96 ounces of water a day or more. hope this helps. I can give you a website if you would like.

It would help limit the Engineers and Truckies waist lines. Maybe get the engine to seen a little quicker without the added weight. May even help the chief get back in shape..

    I'm joking of course
