I am in dire need of some policies governing taking photographs while on duty, department cameras, etc..if they exsist. I have searched around but have been unsuccessful. Can anyone help?

my post, when approved by a mod
will explain the situation our department finds itself in. Basically, On a whim the new interim chief decided any department member taking a photo on any scene, whether member is on duty or off, will be guilty of conduct unbecomming an oficer and be disciplined as such.
