I know this has nothing to do with grants or funding but this is one of the busiest treads on firehouse.com so I was hoping it would produce the biggest response. I am working on research for an Executive Fire Officer Project. If you are a transporting EMS agency please click on the survey link. It is a very short survey 10 questions. Thanks for your help.

Couple of comments. In NYS you are not required to wear a seat belt in an emergency vehicle.

Also, Question #2 has no response for less than 10%, in other words, we don't use them.
