Confused Completing Grant Close-Out
We have a 2007 Operations and Safety Grant for PPE that I'm in the process of closing out. We have an approved grant amendment for a Fire Prevention Project for the last $2,012 of funds, which we spent, and received payment for, but now when I reconcile the close-out, there doesn't seem to be an appropriate place to report the Fire Prevention Amendment activity.
We purchased a fire extinguisher training unit, but there aren't appropriate drop-downs or reporting lines to report this in either the "training" or "equipment" categories, and since this is a Fire Prevention activity, and NOT an Operations and Safety Activity, those wouldn't be appropriate places to report anyway...
Has anyone else on this forum ever struggled with how to report the Fire Prevention amendment to an Operations and Safety Grant? I sent a note to the AFG Helpdesk, so i may hear something from them over the next few days, and I was planning on calling the Region II AFG Grant Office tomorrow, but I figured that someone here might have the obvious answer that I'm missing.
