I'm taking my oral in a couple weeks and feel confident but want to be studying ahead.


As far as the back ground goes I have a couple of questions for those that have passed.


I cannot for the life of me find the name of a couple of landlords from about 6-7 years back, i have tried every method I can think of. is this a problem, I have the addresses though.

also if I lived in an apt for only a couple months while in transition but was on any utility bills and didn't hold a lease, should I put those down.


and lastly......I had a misdemeanor in washington state about 12 years ago, and they said there is no record of it, it is gone. so i wasn't going to put it down. I don't want to lie, but I don't want to incriminate myself.
