Most recently, we heard it was going to be sometime in the summer. Everyone would like to have it sooner and I'm sure they are trying to get it sooner, but it all depends on the ol' mighty dollar. Wish I had better news for you guys. Its the City: the test can be off 1 minute then on the next.
