Default The Ultimate Grant Award Amount Thread...

Down the page is a reduction thread that's several years old. So, I wanted to update it without having to wade through all the old info.

Two Questions to address: 1) What's the most you've ever gotten awarded for a Pumper; Quick/Attack; etc., etc., (or what was your reduction amount if you were reduced).

    2) What's the most you've ever been awarded for the equipment you've requested?

I'll lead off: I got reduction notices (in 2008) for the following pieces of equipment (the amount listed is the reduction amount): Hoods, $40; Gloves, $50; Goggles, $50; TIC, $10,000; SCBA $5,250; Boots $300.

At the moment, I'm interested in finding out what the largest award for a quick attack/brush truck and pumper/tanker.

Is the maximum dollar amount for the turnout coat/pants still $2,000 (or was it ever?)?

Thanks to those who've already posted.

If anyone has any reduction amounts for 2008, regardless of what it was on, post it here.
