    Smile Need info on labeling building sides and interior sectors!

    Looking to get department to start labeling sides A B C D with interior Alpha Bravo Charlie Delta and echo for interior stairwells. I Can find info anywhere on the net so if you have some literature please email it to me thanks soooo much

    Our Sides are Alpha, (Front) Bravo, (Left Exposure Side, when looking at the Structure from the front) Charlie (rear) and Delta. Personal opinion only - I prefer what our Cops use - Adam, Baker, Charlie, David, Edward, Frank, George, Henry, Ida, John, King, Lincoln, Mary, Nancy, Ocean, Paul, Queen, Robert, Sam, Time, Union, Victor, William, Xray, Young, Zebra. The Cops don't sound like a World War Two movie..........

    We use Alpha Baker Charlie Delta.

    Alpha is the front of the building, Baker the left side, Charlie the rear and Delta the right side.

    Floors are called as follows:

    Basement: basement division
    Floors are called divisions 1st floor: Division 1, 2nd floor: Division 2 etc. etc.
    Attic: attic division
    Roof: roof division (aka Truckie's roost! )
