    Post Firefighter Resume

I am just on my tail end of a contract as a firefighter in Iraq. I plan on applying to several departments back home when I return and am looking to get things in order prior to getting home. I have an AAS degree in fire science and am only a few credits away from my BS in management. I have military and voluntary FD experience blah blah blahÖ.

My current resume is overloaded and needs work (Iím always finding typos). I want to keep it to 1 page and maybe include a cover letter. I donít know why the departments in my area even want a resume with the application, but they do and I want to give them the best I can.

I donít mind paying a little for a professional one page resume that takes all my crap and puts it together so I look like the superstar I am (just kidding).
I looked at example resumes on this site and through caption b*bís page and am not impressed. They look so basic and like they have been put together in a hurry. I have the education and experience, I just need to express and convey it accordingly.

If anyone can point me in the right direction to a resume writing service that will be able to help me, I would appreciate it.

Feel free to e-mail me if you would like.

Thumbs up Got my resume back from the writer.

Ended up having a resume writer write my resume. The company I went with was www.fdresume.com 602-539-8942 and they did a really good job and it cost less then the other writers out there.

I would not plug the company if I was not impressed with the work.

    Now on to the interview!!!!!
