I am looking for a narrative on communications equipment for the fire service. I submitted a grant for '08 for new portables, mobiles, pagers, logging recorders and some other items. We were turned down on 2/13/09 and I want to get started on '09s grant so I can re-submit. I'm looking to see if I can get some other narratives that have won to see where I need to improve.
