Im a firefighter/emt taking the practical for osceola this saturday. Does anyone know how many they may be hiring? Packet says theyre gonna take 30 to interview, last saturday i took the written at mid fl tech and their wasnt more than 40 people there testing total. I got the practical down pretty good practice wise just hope i dont get passed over being an emt getting this far. I know i had to write an essay with my app and they narrowed down who they wanted to test. I also got veterans preferance so i hope that might help a bit too.
