I had my Masters degree at John Jay College in Manhattan; and right now at UCF-Orlando trying to get a PhD degree.

I cannot attach a copy of the summary of my research here, but I can send it to anyone emailed me. Basically, I would like to understand social capital's effect on emergency management effectiveness.

my advisor's name is Thomas Wan, who is the director of Public Affairs Doctoral Program at UCF. And his email address is

My goal is to reach out at least 60 persons from each of organizations (FEMA, US Army, NYPD, FDNY, Red Cross, and FBI) I selected based on UCINET (social network) analysis. The survey has 25 questions. It has no tracking system; therefore I cannot even understand if one person fills out the surveys 10 times. The survey doesnt track IP's, emails, ID's, or anything like that.

thanks, and looking forward to seeing your further comments, and cooperation.
