Where are you located? The state fire academy has listings for instructor in all of the counties available online. All you would have to do is contact one of them. Or, contact the local training center in your area.

Findlay
Have you checked with the University of Findlay's School of Environmental and Emergency Management? http://seem.findlay.edu/ We had those classes in our county in January. Instructor was from U of F and I believe that the local LEPC helped to provide some funding if not all of it.

If they havn't already started, Owens-Toledo will be having them.

I'm meeting with the Owens CEP director next Tuesday. He might be able to get an answer for me. Or I can check with one of my old instructors. I'll let you know what I hear.Firefighter/EMT

I inadvertantly left this question out when I met with the director at Owens. I will see what I can find out or you can call the Law Enforcement/Fire Science office at (567)661-7620 and they can get you the info some way or another.

Contact the Wood County EMA office. I know they are putting an awareness/ops class on for very little or no cost.
Awareness was 4 hrs on a wed night IIRC and Ops was the following Sat for 8hrs.Just because it's called a throw bag, doesn't mean you throw the whole bag... you're supposed to hold onto the rope.
