Default Lost our AFG application. Help please

    Hi all,
AFG 2009 is opening this month! My department is in the process of preparing for it, however, we misplaced our copy of the application from last year. I emailed them and they require a whole lot of hoop jumping to get a copy of our app (seriously, more hoop jumping than I had to do to get into med school). Could someone post either a blank copy of an app or a list of all the info we need to complete the app? Thanks in advance!

You should be able to log onto last years application and view it.

If you're just looking to recycle your narrative, you can log in to last year's, go to the narrative, and copy and paste it.

Just remember to review and updates facts and figures in the narrative, and give it a once-over for content as well.

I had them reset the password. I can access it now. I had given everyone in our department the log in and password, and someone changed the password and didn't remember what they changed it to. That's fixed now though.

Word of advice start a file for your grant and write your info down on the inside folder.
Also the only people that should know your dept info and password is the chief and the alternates.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, so the problem here was not just a misplaced paper copy of the app, it was the inability to log in and get it again.
