    But the real question is - will they be done with 2008 awards before 2009 awards start (or even by Christmas 2009)?

    I was told last night at an AFG workshop that all of the sorry we ran out of money letters are now out and they hope to finish the award rounds soon.
    They also said that the 2009 Document is on the DHS Director's desk to sign. Once that is done it is game on.

    I have 4 that never got anything on the site, just a personal email DJ. They were the ones in limbo after the 13th, DJ came somewhere around 25th.
