I have been asked help set up a training session on foam. I am looking for a video clip I saw many years ago that was taken at a oil storage facility fire in Hawaii (I think) of two fire fighters on a walkway over some of the pipes and one of them falls off and breaks the foam blanket causing an ignition of the product. I do remember that he was wearing proper turn out gear, for the time, which saved him from severe injury. I want to use this as an extreme example of what can happen when any film forming foam blanket gets broken or degrades.
Any body have any ideas or links to where I could find and down load this video?
