    Default 2009 Program Guidance

Where did you find the 1st page of the 2009 Program Guidance page? When I went to the firegrantsupport website, I could not find anything about the program guidance.

Anytime between now and the 30th, probably closer to the 30th from the word on the street.

Great "cover" this year. I got it printed, so I've started my binder for this year.

Creating the link in the address bar instead of clicking on one since none exists. They keep their naming conventions the same so one can copy and paste the URL then edit it to the right year and either come up with the file that's 'hidden' from the world by no web pages having links to it, or come up with no file (bad url). Same way we can find the new awards sometimes before Round 1 is released. Once a file is uploaded to a web server it's available to whoever has the URL of that page.

Man I need a hobby to start burning the software world knowledge out of my head so I can make room for more important stuff...
