I have WISER on mine for hazmat reference. Also, ePocrates for drug information. Both are free.
The 2008 Emergency Response Guide (the orange book) is also available for free in a mobile version. I went through a couple of links to find it, but I do believe you can get to it through the US DOT's web site.
